Guys,

Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

For the good health and also for avoiding getting fat the best food is fruits and vegetables (but only the once with fibrous carbohydrates, like salad, tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, cabbage... not the once with starchy carbohydrates like potato, cereals...). The food from animal source and starchy carbohydrates are also necessary for our body but those should be involved in much less amount.
