$550 on april 3rd to MtGox account still not a dime nor response from BitInstant

I logged both order ids as according to URSAY(due to ZipZap's $500 limit) into their "system" two days ago and naturally, have not received a response, like I didn't before when I used their "live chat" interface. Wonderful experience with this company so far!

Did you log your issue at bitinstant.com/contact ?
