Does https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=recent show all posts on the forum or only a selected number of posts?

I guess it shows last 100 recent posts only.

Also if it does not show every post, is there any other link where all posts can be seen.

Something like "All" link like in threads?? If yes then I don't think so.
