Hello! Can you advise any USD Bitcoin that have decent(blockchain rate) top up usd/bitcoin rate?
Why when you advise advcash, spectrocoin or coinsbank you do not write that their bitcoin rate is usually 3% lower then blockchain rate?

I'd go with Coinsbank but if you close your account it will cost you somethin like 200 usd
