Kiva fund & founderfund.

I have tried to support both and they say I have the wrong address.

 I never had this problem before.
 The address for Kiva says Kiva when i click available but does not work when i put in my pin code, it says wrong address.
 What address should I use. Same with founderfund when i put Founderfund in address. Thanks
