Dear toecutter,

I've found 2 errors.
1. If I click the Cloaking Device then an incorrect info window is displayed.
2. I used the new legendary scanner for the first time and it got too low a value. A value of at least 33 should be displayed for the scanner, but the value of 17 is displayed. This is a bug.

I took the trouble to make a screenshot of all the values that can be displayed.
