Yes, however Bleutrade did not mention anything about "broken blockchain", and is actually allowing users to withdraw the coins.
I have contacted C-Cex asking what they do mean saying "blockchain broken", and how I can withdraw AmberCoins now. Lets see what they reply. Not sure why they have delisted AMBER (I am pretty sure AMBER market have met their volume requirements this month - there was big 7+ BTC volume lately), but at least they should allow withdrawing funds.
