In one of their blog, it was slated that the remaining bounty tokens would be released around July 2017. I don't think that is quite far. I have always said that the theory that bounty participants are ones dumping the price is not true because the price of Chronobank and Edgeless tokens were trading below the ICO price even before the bounty tokens were released
