I need help from a Bitinstant representative please!  I made two $500.00 cash desposits 8 days ago (4/7), received nothing, and have been unsuccessful in communicating with Bitinstant over the issue.  HELP!

If you don't provide info it is very difficult to help.

Yes sir.  Sadly I cannot locate the quote ID and have spent several days trying to recover lost internet history to no avail so that is all I have to work with.
