@Nomad then please explain The Fractional Orbital Bombardment System (FOBS) which was a Soviet ICBM program in the 1960s that after launch would go into a low Earth orbit and would then de-orbit for an attack. It had no range limit and the orbital flight path would not reveal the target location. This would allow a path to North America over the South Pole, hitting targets from the south, which is the opposite direction from which NORAD early warning systems are oriented.

The Outer Space Treaty of 1967 banned nuclear weapons in Earth orbit. It did not ban the launch systems, so the Soviet Union proceeded to test their FOBS albeit without placing nuclear warheads in orbit.

The Outer Space Treaty of 1967 was formed between the USA, Soviet Union, and the UK. why would any government spend money making a treaty compromising their own rights, to limit the rights of other countries using weapons of mass destruction in space which they "supposedly" know is nonexistent.

PS; why would the collective world governments spend SOOOO much on space exploration and colonization if it didn't exist? in 2004 alone the top eight countries collectively spent 39.2 TRILLION DOLLARS on space. if it was a hoax then that means they burned 39.2 TRILLION on nothing to prolong a world wide conspiracy.
