Yes! I got 2 out of 3 people that were watching the marathon up close in person that have texted and called to say they're ok, yet ears still ringing and quite rattled. Haven't heard from the 3rd yet
I'm 25 min north of Boston. I just heard that cell phones in Boston have been shut down.
