It is obvious that he supports SegWit. My feeling is if Litecoin can turn on SegWit, and become tech advanced, this will persuade BU supporters. He also has his influence among Chinese people to get job done.
Well I really hoped that Charlie Lee can convince the miners especially the BU supporters to unify and join under the segwit code. If this will happen then we do not have any fear anymore of bitcoin split and its possible impacts on the price and trust of the holders. The way I see it i think the movement right now is getting to be on the side of SegWit not because it is perfect but because of the fear of the BU alternative. I also wish that soon the whole Bitcoin community can move forward from this raging debate and concentrate more on making Bitcoin the best cryptocurrency there is which can result into more value for the currency. People behind Bitcoin should learn to unite and come up with one stand and common solutions to the Bitcoin technological challenges still hanging around under its neck.
