They've had a communications guy from the beginning. Jaka Mele aka /u/icojaka on Reddit. AFAIK he hasn't done anything other than a couple retweets over the last 2 months though.
They also have a PR firm. Wachsman.
I was under the impression Jaka was no longer directly connected to the project.
I think quite a few people got that impression. Not sure if anybody knows if/why he's no longer active. The easiest conclusion to come to is that he's moved on, though.
Maybe he's left to start his own ICO?
