Prohashing (currently 1.4% of hash power) says they can get up to 6% redirected to Litecoin and signal SegWit with it.

Clever mining (1.2% of hash) is signalling segwit.

Now it doesn't matter, without f2pool it's impossible to get enough hashrate, SegWit on litecoin is also dead.

Good news is, the price increase might not be dependent on that.
