I dont think so. I think it is more a better way that rarepepe on bitcoinchain wanted to go. The Bitcoinchain is for somethink like trading cards and playing games to slow and to expensiv in fees. I think it was the right way to go on the ethereum chain. and the ico is for me 0 ripoff because just look how much the dev invested on development and now only collect arround 3500USD during the ico because he took a really cheap ico price. Dev is working for weeks now and it will take him a lot more time in future so u think someone do this for only 3500USD to scam people? Most of the RARES user got on airdrop and on inviting new people and other bounties. My opinion is that i will buy some and look what will happen.

Furthermore the dev never wanted a ICO. Community on Telegram wanted this and talked many times to dev to do it and so he decided to put 20mil on a cheap ico. Devs way was to give all Rare for users with bountys and ingame gifts.
