You are just a newbie and besides that, Purchasing a verified paypal account are very risky since we don't know where you get the identity you used on verifying that account. Depositing and connecting personnal credit card on that account is very risky too since anytime you can regain control of that account even though you gave the connected email address. I will just trust you if you are willing to use an escrow and ready to give a vouch from a trusted member on this community.
