I have coins there too. Is there any chance to get them out of "maintenance"? It is not possible to exchange them into another currency, because the rate is far away from a reasonable rate as on Bittrex. That is f******* unsatisfactory. Are there informations upon the owners, addresses, etc.? i would love to "visit" them 
The only thing that you must is just wait for the maintenance to finish tho. Yobit is a huge exchange and loaded with many shitcoins that's why they are loaded with many pending job. They have only few staff. But don't yah worry guys. Yobit always fix their issue even though their site was very poor on graphics. Yobit was a trusted exchanged site for me.
