Yes, unfrozen and able to cashout. There was a need for the investigation. Reason for posting here is I wanted to speed things up, and was not informed how long it would take. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the outcome as I need the coins to use on other sites. I'll continue to use Nitrogen.

I just recently deposited some BTC into Nitro and it appears that you need at least 1 confirmation before you can place bet in Sports. I tried betting without any confirmation and my bet didn't go through. I don't know that they have a feature at first with 0 confirmation. It would be best we still have that now.
