is it possible to undervolt not using globalpowertune?

Currently - 6x - RX470 --> 998 Watts at the wall (1200W Platinum PSU) @ 163 mh/s

I've seen some running at 780W +/- 30W using windows msi burner

Wondering if it would be possible using ethos?
