Are You serious to send "independent" experts under Al Qaida/ISIS controlled zone??
The deaths were a result of gas released when a government airstrike hit a chemical weapons factory.

Vika how can you know it was a rebel used chemlab?

We know from 2013 to 2015 as fact that assads military used chemical agents in form of toxic gas against rebels and civilians. One of the reason that he accepted the UN resolution 2118 in 2013 to abolish all of syrias chemical weapons.

So how can you be sure that assad didnt do it?
