I would always say that gold is better than Bitcoin, we know that gold already stored for thousands of years peoples and never drop significantly, 99% of the world population to know gold, while only 1% of the world population know bitcoin.

Bitcoin hasn't been around long enough to have a value much higher than Gold. The price of Gold would go up super far if someone purchased most of the Gold supply within 24 hours. Bitcoin wasn't made to compete with that because its value is made up. Gold could survive without the need of the other currencies getting involved in it and I am pretty sure that Bitcoin can't do the same by itself.
