My deposit wasn't credited in my account.
So I tried to use addressgenerator@bitsport.bet, but "Address not found".
I tried livechat and after showing the blockchain.info link with my confirmed transaction, she told me I need to contact my payment provider, because they didn't receive my payment! So I spent an hour on livechat without a resolution.
Then I tried support@bitsport.bet and again "Address not found".

So apparently this is the only way to communicate with you, can you fix this, and can you get rid of the livechat, because it is extremely frustrating talking about a bitcoin payment with somebody without a clue about bitcoin.


And suddenly the deposit was credited.
