I heard they just changed the memorandum 4 hours before the start of the ICO.  They upped the amount offered from 10 Million to 20 Million.

I find this highly sketchy.  Plus the fact that the memorandum is not a PDF, just a scan image, so not searchable.

"10,000,000 BCAP Tokens, which we may increase by notice on TokenHub by up to 10,000,000 BCAP tokens, totaling a maximum of 20,000,000 BCAP tokens."

This was not there yesterday.
