The Nectar only goes up based on the number of cells you have. So, you'd have to click on more cells or attack against other players and win to obtain more Nectar. Currently, the conversion of Territory to Nectar score is on a set timer. If you noticed it is taking longer than... 15 seconds, please let me know!
