No joke, its a company! They looking for big investors, not small fishes like us.
I know and i'm pissed... but the small fishes were good enough for the ICO to get nearly 99% scammed, and here in the blog article it sounds more like 1mill Vox, now just one tiny million more sure, smells like insider trading.
They know what they doing, some good news may come ahead in the future.
