What is Tips without tipping ? Seems like the Chinese exchanges held most worth and value with this coin until the whole found out or hard fork problem, sounds a bit like LTC wanting to stay classic while others wanting to upgrade for not much reason then to say it has development.
Your 12 million isn't worth that much, perhaps doing a coin swap for the legit holders that want to be part of TipsCoin again and shrink the volume down somewhat heaps and add a low rate of interest for staking.

if it get back on track and gain some btc value again then it would be worth a lot. + waiting for a good trade at novaexhange is way better then swap may coins. If sombody restarts this project then value will be higher.
I thinking of launching an explorer for the blockchain or get the exting multiblockchain explorer reembed it, that may get the value up a bit.
