While satoshi nakamoto the owner and founder of bitcoin only have $1 billion US dollars, Why he cant just generate indefinite amount of bitcoins for him and exchange it to real cash, right? He cannot instant mine that many coins the code does not allow it, and even if he created a piece of code that did that no one will accept that version of bitcoin but dont worry satoshi is already richer than bill gates the price still has not adjust it yet that is all.
