I think with all the mayhem and confusion surrounding Syria and Russia, it would be best to move the world and i totally agree that Brazil should be the next destination, All is set and they only need a small time to renovate their old stadiums and it may give in form Brazil a chance to win the trophy at home turf.
And I support the idea of moving the 2018 world Cup in Germany. There is the necessary infrastructure and services. In addition Germany is less dangerous for the fans than Brazil.As most posters agree, it's useless to divide the move. Russia unfit, Brazil ready (last one in 2014 was in brazil), the stadiums can't be already rotten (football isn't a niche sport in brazil).

Keeping it in russia isn't really fair. Russia is embarked on some wired shit recently and the corporate image of the sponsors of such an event in russia will not really benefit.
