I was wondering how much would I get in WeChat pay for 0.1 BTC sent to you?

And also I've heard that the Chinese government is able to freeze WeChat account if they suspect that money laundering activities is going on. How can I be sure that none of your customers have used the money illicitly and there is no problems with me receiving the funds from you?
