While the price at Bitstamp is $1218 right now.
Is it a glitch or you guys are seriously charging 6% just for the top-up (not counting others charges)? Please tell me it is a joke.

I'm sure it is. Charging such crazy fees, while competitors offer 1% top-up fee, is a sure way to lose customers.
