If you play with bitcoin you don't have to verify any details or share any personnel information. Once you nominate that the currency of choice is bitcoin then the form will remove sections that are not needed. So players do have complete anonymity.
I believe this particular issue has been dealt with several times because I have equally made a mistake about this as well. I would suggest a notification is put on the site for anyone who wants to register because people who are into bitcoin, the moment they try registering even without selecting the right currency, they see the forms, I am sure many would be discouraged immediately even without bothering to ask questions.
