I don't think that Bitcoin can make banks disappear. Because in my country there are more to be educated about the internet let alone Bitcoin.
So am sure Banks won't disappear but Bitcoin is here to stay.

I think function of banks still will not be replaced with bitcoin, but may have same function even if legality of bitcoin is still not official.
