It's been 12 days... Still NO refunded... lame support!

No order info?  Can't try to help.  Sad

You already have all my info since 04/10.

We are in the middle of switching all CS reps to new support software which will better serve you.  In the meantime we are working to stay as organized as possible.

I am showing your issue as [RESOLVED].  Is that not the case?
