I like the general idea, I definitely would like to see something like that, but:

1. This is not really gambling related, I don't see any chance/random mechanisms, it is skill based game.
2. Simple games like that can be easly abused and are prone to scripts/bots. There is no way to prevent that.
3. For a bitcoin powered game, to be really competitive and not abusable it should be much more complicated.

If there's a bet it means you're betting  Wink

There's no way to prevent it if the game is fairly simple
Why is Tekken or Street Fighter not prone to bots winning?

It can be prone to misuse however some larger investments are necessary

There is fee you must pay to start the game, same with coin operated arcade machines. It is not betting/gambling per se.

Every game is different some games can be exploited by bots easier than others. I will give you an example of DoA bot which is coded to take advantage of game mechanic:
