I do not adhere to old traditions. Moreover I think they are complete nonsense. I think that in traditions of the past religions try to act on the present. Religion is also a tradition of the past.
Traditions may not necessarily be religious. But family traditions are very useful. For example, gather every week for a family dinner or go to rest the whole family in a favorite place.
