I got it omg Im so happy!  
I was able to get it by booting up on 1 gpu to setup teamviewer to auto-login at start
then I added the second card (bricked) and I lost visuals but it still booted (with a blank screen)
i then used teamviewer to navigate to the flashing utilty to flash the gpu that was under the name polaris
and voila now I have a working gpu  










p.s. anybody got a good modded bios I could use now?

ps its a 480 4gb gaming x with samsung memory. hmu
