Of course. Bitcoin will be much more convenient for corruption, because nobody is regulated and all greedy people will use it.
How are you going to hide your income? If you keep bitcoins on your account, you will not see it, but what prevents you to open an anonymous account in dollars or euros? You get caught only when your expenses will exceed income. What's bitcoin?
The pseudonymous aspect of bitcoin was giving enough coverage for our money about to keep the privacy.
But the amount on the account or wallet can be traceable. Although if you're sending it through the mixer site and it will increase the pseudonymous of bitcoin to the anonymous coin because no one can trace your amount. It is possible for bitcoin to being a simple method for the corruptors.

But what has done by PBOC can be a good example for us about how the government's power can make an intervention on the crucial part of crypto itself (exchange site).
