Hey Kano!  I've hopped over to your pool from Slush a couple days back to see what all the talk is about and have one quick question...

I have 3 13.5TH S9's pointed at your pool right now.  Do you recommend keeping Min-Diff setting on the Workers-Management menu set to 0?  Or is there a sweet spot for these miners that your recommend?
