You can expect really really big about a coin then just end up being all disappointed. Seeing a coin that has tons of investors and a good potential but has a low market cap at the moment really is something that people are going to be excited about. But think about it, if it's so good, then why does it have a low market cap? If it was just starting and the ICO bounty participants just dumped their coins, it's understandable that the price went down tremendously. But if the coin has been around but it hasn't pumped yet, it's kind of puzzling.

To me, I'd like to think that coins like this didn't fund their advertisement that much after their crowdsale. The developers probably have already made money from both the ICO and the dump that they did so they don't really care anymore. It's rare to see an altcoin these days that really make an impact because the devs are all-in in the project that they've made and not the kind of devs that are just looking for a quick way to make money.
