Okay i've looked at this now for many days. Pretty sure we get screwed by coins like xedos.
Without xedos and switching to another algo our shares at skein would stay until the next aurora or digibyte block is found (thats what we want ).
As it is now Xedos melts those shares away and we get nearly 0 value from it --> it screws us
I disabled whole algos in my software because of screwcoins like xedos (sadly your pool got some of those), but Skein is just too juicy for it to disable

Plz look at Xedos and remove/disable it please. It's a fact it steals people money.
