Here's a trick and this is what i did. I made a new aws account , visit this link https://aws.amazon.com/free/ get vps for 1 year with few limitations of bandwidth , apply this code enjoy 1 year free vps plus another 6-10 months or even more not exactly sure get additional vps. The reason this is better than digital ocean because you don't need any real credit card and a vcc will work with just 1$. And also you need all the linux coding as aws provides a windows server.
