No I don't think there are best cloud mining to invest since almost all of the cloud mining sites are SCAMS. They are PONZI's that just circulates the money of the investors and when it runs out, they will disappear just like what HASH OCEAN did. I suggest if you want a passive investment, just settle with Bitcoin Casino Gambling Site. They offer 1% return monthly, not a big profit but a safe investment. Just need to spot the legitimate website to invest with.

Investing in a cloud mining website is just a waste of money. Will not guarantee a profit or may not even get your capital at all.
