Hi. I have some questions about altcoins. I see alot of dead ICO's about certain coins, essentially hijacking the coins name without using it. These are generally threads from 2013/2014, What would happen/is it possible to reuse the name of these coins without getting myself into any trouble etc?
I dont know why you will want to use the name of a failed coin, since that name will be associated with failure, it is better to start from scratch and create your own catchy name instead of using the name of a failed coin.
Well sometimes people just start an ICO claiming the name without even dev'ing the coin, which means a very good name just got thrown away..
