Buy PUT From exchange and deposit in Wallet and wait 7 days because min stake age is 7 days and max 365 days. after 7 Days when you see your transaction is mature for staking in minting option than unlock your wallet for staking if your wallet protected via password if you not set password in wallet than you received automatically staking reward
