What do you expect to happen here? He comes on as some Legendary account, says "this is my real account", and suddenly you'll allow him to post the exact same things?
You still won't know who he is. None of us know who you are. The fact it's a newbie account isn't relevant in this case. You're just using it as an excuse to delete his posts.

TheTruthIsOutThere is a sock puppet account created 10 days ago. Newbies posts are obviously not deleted, but when a newbie account starts posting FUD and use vulgar language, no posts of that account will be kept.
