You won't see the WeTrust token on MyEtherWallet (or anywhere else) until it is distributed, until then the token does not exist.

but i see wetrust code already on there if you use 'metamask' not myetherwallet

Will I need to add this token to myetherwallet? Or will it be added automatically?

You will need to add for now. Eventually the team need to request its addition to MEW dev team to display it by default
