I'm a bit confused as to what your first sentence has to do with the second one...

1 Bitcoin worth is 2000-3000$ like 1 carat diamond.
at the moment, 1 BTC = $1206, i don't know the diamond prices tough, but a bitcoin is certainly not worth $2k-$3k at the time of writing.

I created this thread to ask why it's better to not sell your Bitcoins?
personally, i hold my coins in the hope the price will rise in the future.

He assumed that the btc price is expected to pump up from $2000 to $3000 which is true..2000usd is expected and we are hoping to pump up yo 3000usd this yr.
I dont get the terminology you are using.
Pump up bitcoin to 3000 USD in this year?
Will all due respect to your sir, but that phrase is just a complete bullshit.
Bitcoin cannot be pumped if we want to remain on that price level, pump/dump is about different cryptocurrencies (altcoins) which are new, and they can be pumped- because the price remains low, so a whale may buy a big part of the volume.
How would you like to pump bitcoin, do you even imagine the amount of money needed for that purpose?
Current 24h volume of bitcoin is about 289,531,000$, and this is only the total amount ( in USD ) of buy/sell orders in 24h, you cannot really pump bitcoin, but you can dump it- if you are an early adopter with massive quantity of bitcoins.
