China invited the Koreans to renounce nuclear weapons and to guarantee their safety. After the same security guarantee for Ukraine in 1994, Russia, UK and USA we know how that ended. What do you think will respond to North Korea?
I am sure that the government of North Korea will not listen to anyone. People already already consider their ruler a deity. Perhaps it is from this country that the third world war will begin.
