Right now there are three major coins tied to the French election - Lepen, Macron and Franc
The developer of Lepen has no updates and I believe the dev has hidden 50% of the 1000 million supply himself

But then we have Francs or FRN traded on Yobit and Cryptopia. This coin only has a circulating supply of 3 million and total supply of 11 million.
The devs are still contributing and they have many promotional videos such as this one:
