Nothing you need to do with Genesis Account!!! DEV add all collected ETH wallet Addresses as Genesis addresses in Minereum Smart Contract.
Also We can do nothing to start mining (mining is not correct word for this). Once the Mninereum Smart Contract Starts, each and every address submitted as Genesis Addresses in Smart Contract will be attributed a total amount of 32000 MNE (minereums), the total supply will vary depending on the amount of Genesis Addresses. Example if there are 500 Genesis Addresses the total supply will be 32000 * 500 = 16,000,000.
